Thread: First Aid -- To the devs/correspondent
As a Doc/CM I would like to see the /firstaidability improved in some skill tree and also fixed. As of right now, as with other abilities (such as healing yourself), timings are broken and causing major problems in PvE (and probably is a pain or impossible to do in PvP). It is the only curing ability without an associated medkit, and doesn't get any better. I'm not necessarily asking foritto use a medkit, but I would like to see it do more at higher levels and be faster. Right now, I often end up trying to heal bleeds 3/4 of a battle. I use it far more than all of the other cure lines (and associated things) combined. Overall, I almost use it as much as heals, and in some cases I use it more, yet it is the most broken of all the commands.
If you already had this added to the list of fixes needed, I apologize for the repetition.
Damage reduction fixed this issue...
stopping PvP bleeds is a joke now...i can stop any bleed in 2 applications 3 ifthey get really lucky...most i can stop in 1
bleeds dont bleed for more than 300 now which is 2-3 applications...most are cureable in 1
in PvE i find that i can keep up with bleeds easy using AOE stims and ranged stims and just FA at the end of battles...

I don't know what you're fighting, but I'm fighting certain mobs (in dungeons and such) that do some really large bleedsand I have to apply 8+ times and the bleeds candrain nearly 1k pertick on pets when fully bleeding. If there's several pets, then it can be upwards of 16+ times that I have to first aid. Most of the time, I'm doing it the whole time during battle just to keep the bleeds from doing excessive amounts of damage. It's really silly.
I agree that in PvE it is rather a pain...but on the other hand...the devs obviously meant for pets to be the main tanks in PvE...most pets can handle a 1000 pr bleed easy...
besides a CM can easily cure grps with AOE heal to cancel out the bleed until combat is over and you can apply FA...
the problem is mind bleeds...then again mind damage is a huge problem...
If they were...then every group would require a CH... and they don't.

lol devs never said it but its obvious...lol devs meant to have mind pool be a limiting factor on fights and power xping....
in really rough pve what happens to most PCs?

what class gets mind heal stims that are craftable? BE for PETS...
