I don't think he's asking the cost of what it uses, but how much it heals. I know that I'm guaranteed a full damage heal on an unbuffed PC when I tested the command back in Beta. But it was as uesless then as it is now. But if you find that it will do a full heal even on a 10k HAM pet, then that might give at least one use to it.
