Those may not be the exact words, but that's the message I got last night. Went out with some friends on some noob Rebel missions, and after we were done I couldn't heal him and he couldn't heal me. We did the missions grouped, so our faction standing was the same (each went up the same amount)but we're both still neutral. Then 10 minutes later we could heal each other fine.

Bug? Part of the faction system I'm not understanding? Thanks!

you cant heal someone declared in a faction if you arent declared in it as well. THis applies to overts and coverts

TEFs are uber buggy...people get them for no reason and cant get rid of them sometimes..relogging helps...

not always true, been hearing reports of same factioned people getting this same msg. heck i was getting this error with a grouped neutral and i was neutral also. after awhile the bug went away and i was able to heal the same person i wasnt able to heal 5 mins ago.
