Just started a medic and was wondering the best way to lvl up to master medic that fastest, spent the day yesterday getting ORG chem IV and FA IV....but is it actually faster to just buy the higher lvl packs than to waste time making the packs now that I have ORG CHEM IV?

It may be faster, but someone is having to spend that time making them, and eventually they will rise in price because of supply and demand. If you don't put in the time to make some then you'll end up paying for it later.

I have been doing my duty in the Medical Centers to lvl up, but yesterday a novice doctor, advised me to get out to the places where there are injuries happening with lots of stimpaks and there I would find lots of XP's in healing damage to the fighters or hunters.

Damage healing in the field is a far far faster way to earn xp than wound healing in a hospital. At least for medics. Doctors are built around massive wound healing. With Diagnostics amped up and Stim-Cs you can be making huge medical xp in hunting groups, and cultivating good will as you help your fellow players.

actually you make the same amount of xp using equal level stims to wound kits. just depends on your style of play. if you heal 800 health/800 action you get 400xp, if you heal 200 wounds you get roughly the same 400 xp. granted the xp is more consistent in healing H/A damage out in the field, but if you find a good med center to heal with a constant patient load, you can make just as much or more using wound kits. wound kits give 2.5 xp per point healed and you get .25 xp per point healed using stims. this is based on using heavy experimented C stims and wound kits.

Kit for kit, yes, but bear in mind that if your Diagnostics is jacked, you can heal damage a LOT more often than you can wounds. That and the overhead for healing wounds is a lot higher than damage - namely, you don't have to have a droid, camp, or hospital in order to heal damage.
