Thread: No XP for Quickheal?
Is there something wrong with Quickheal, or is it not supposed to yield any XP for using this skill?
I suppose that the skill could be an "innate" skill, that does not offer XP, but I would think after climbing that high on the skill tree to get it (First Aid IV if I remember correctly), that it would yield some decent XP to use it, yet I saw no XP at all after using it several times.
Thanks for any info on this.
why would ne ever use a /quickheal...lol my whole mind bar for a stim D heal?
lol come on guys how many of have actually used this outside of testing it...
but ur right if u gonna soak that much mind pool u should get xp...
i dont remember if i did or not...i think i was in shock from the mind cost that i forgot to look
Yeah, i would definately agree that the mind usage of the spell was a killer, and it needs even more mind to initiate it, then it actually uses, so for the most part, I've found it useless other than healing an entertainer when they are completely out of action, hehe.
I was just wondering if there should be XP for this or not, but I think that the answer has been provided, and I know to stay away from this skill, thank.
funny if it was made as a last ditch do or die thing...
honestly how many of us have full mind bars when it gets down to the do or die situation?
if it was meant to be that they would have made it like zero mind cost totally brutal BF and mind wounds...
honestly how many of us have that much mind to burn when the battle goes bad?
As I understand it, it was treated as a last-ditch use-or-die measure, close in spirit to the /tendwound /tenddamage commands. Tending doesn't yield XP, so neither does /Quickheal.
