- first aid needs to scale according to the FA skill and needs a little bump to counter the 800+ bleeding capabilities of PvP and PvE. currently it is neither effected by the FA nor the Diag skillboni.

- any healing comands executed on one-self are not effected by any skillboni regarding speed and effectiveness (i.e. the timer says 5 seconds but you get another 5 seconds of "need to wait" afterwards etc.)

Got them, thanks.

Could you post a sample of a proposed FA scale (including or not including +/firstaid abilities to doc and or CM)?

I know that +injury treatment speed doesn't affect self heal... I think + injury treatment does though.. I have healed myself for very big heals recently, well over the stats for my stim C's... the same range as I heal my wookie for.

Anyone else have any input on these?

i've run a few more tests on selfhealing and it seems like it's just a problem with the timer not working correctly.

i.e. the FA bonus applies, the speed bonus gets added to the timer but the command doesn't use the modified timer but resets to the default one if used on self.

problem is, i'm not a Doc so i my Stim D's are usualy more than sufficient to heal my 900ish HAM bars and testing with Stim A's does not produce reliable results there

it's kind of hard to base /firstaid on Doc or CM skills to further scale it in those professions since both classes get totaly new skillsets there (i.e. Docs get wound treatment, CM get ranged healing) so either they base /firstaid on a new skill and spread the boni across the branches of all 3 professions or they just leave it to the FA branch of Medic; anyway, just applying the current FA and Diag boni to /firstaid would already be a great improvement over what we currently have and i'd like to test how that works out first before asking for a complete design change ,)
