I got my factory and all, im about to create some small stimpack D

my question is, when i do the schematic for the liquid suspension and biological effect controler and all of that stuff, do i need to expiriment and make them the best quality possible for the final product to be better or does it not matter at all???

if it doesnt matter it will save alot of trouble creating those things
