has anyone had this experience

outside in a city I call my 2-1B surgical droid and try to heal my wounds. then I get a message saying you can only do that inside a hospital, in a campsite or near a surgical droid what gives? I am standing right next to the little guy. I am getting so angry with the direction of this game. I liked the droid so I didn't have to run across theed to the med center.

It is out of battery...

Feed it and it will work again...
