Thread: Need somones opinion

OK I have 22 points to play with. Come to realize now that I need some medic. Once I use 15 for novice medic I have 7 points to use in boxes. Whats the best place to use these points OR might I be just well off with Novice and stim B's?

It depends on your server. If you can find a good medical supply store. They can turn out some very nice d's and you could get pharm up by 2 boxes with your 7 points. Otherwise you are correct staying with just novice level and using b's is fine.

Thanks for the help. But I just got naster bounty hunter so I have 33 points tot. Going to put 11 into carbineer then the 22 into medic now and drop CH.

For the most part I would agree with Mosheg. If you only have 7 points, get FAII. Beyond that... Diagnostics, I suppose would be good, you would probably be better off if you could find another profession to fill the last 2 points, honestly having Diag I is practiacally useless. Or if you have a better place to spend 7 points, just get Novice Medic and spend them somewhere else.

With either scenerio, you will be able to use Stim B's, but with FAII you will be able to heal bleeds and your stims will heal a little bit more damage.

probobly first aid 2 for the 35% heal bonus and bleed treatment. and if you want to use the remaining 2 put them in diag 1 for lower delay between heal ( usually not taken by combat classes).


pharmacology won't help you unless you get it to 3 or higher . i think best progression from 2/0/0/0 is 3/0/0/0 due to the fact that stim b are more common on the market than stimC experimented to 30 med use. then if you have the points 2/0/3/0 which is usually a very efective combo

even master medics cannot make stim-C's that you can use at Pharm 3, this is a huge problem in my opinion, as Pharm is COMPLETELY worthless until you reach level 4.

Definately go FA2 and Diagnostics, though the diagnostics will help when you heal others, not yourself.

All it takes to make stim C at 30 med use is 1 or at most 2 experimentation points master medics can easily do it. Although the pharm line is still useless upto level 3.
