Greetings!

Before the recent mount patch I bought a crate of stim C's 503/28 30 med use. They *used* to heal 303-960 with an average of about 350-400(half my action and health bar). Now they heal 140-690 and average 300!

Is anyone else having this problem? I couldnt believe it when I used it on myself during a fight only to get back 140 health!!! I might as well use Stim B's and save myself a whole lot of skill points!

I have not noticed any problems yet, but I use 826 power stim D's and am almost never buffed so if there was a difference I probably wouldn't see it.

I have noticed the same thing since the mount/player city patch.

I have First Aid IV and I used 430'ish Stim B's. I used to throw heals for 600-1000 and averaged around 800.

Now post-patch, I throw for 250-600 and average around 400.

Did I miss something? We need some testing on this, me thinks.

Hrmm... my stims on Chilastra are working as normal... they were all made pre-patch though.

Are you using newly crafted or pre-patch stims?

Im using stims from three weeks before mounts came out. I wonder if that affects anything. Its just so odd to see such a dramatic drop in healing ability using otherwise great stims

I'm using 432 / 37 Stim B's that were made about 2 weeks before the mount patch.

HOWEVER, last night I made some progress on research.

I have a cap and jacket of BE'd clothing, each with +14 Injury/Wound Treatment, that gives me a total bonus of +25 Injury/Wound Treatment when I have them on.

I have First Aid III, which gives me like a +50 Injury Treatment I think, so with my +25 I have +75 Treatment.

Now with my clothes on last night I was throwing average around 450 heals.

When I took the clothes OFF, I was throwing average around 700 heals (back to what I expect).

So it looks like my BE'd clothing is actually HURTING my ability to heal.

Can anyone else test this or verify my conclusion?

Do the clothes total higher than +25 by themselves? Or is it exactly 25?

The clothes are both +14 so they actually are +28...but the skill screen shows +25 I believe.

should show +25.. some people are still having runover on skill screen.

Not enough for it to be the extra then going negative. (Some people have managed +70 outfits, which (if that was the problems would be dumping a -45 on you (+25 then -65).. but that seems not to be te case.

Might be a streight out subtraction then.

I pointed the devs to this thread, so post what you find here.

(I'm gonna cross-post this in the 3 threads I have started as well.)

Last night I tested the effect BE'd clothing has on heals post-mount/player city patch. Initial findings indicate everything is working normally.

My friend, a Master Doc, did not have the combat tree so he could not do the "Tumble to Prone" method of damage, so I performed it while he healed me. This may have skewed the results unfortunately, though I doubt it. However to assuade my own fears I will be performing another test on Thursday night using myself as the healer.

Test Setup:

Healer was a Master Doc. +100 Injury Treatment
Healee was aNovice Pistoleer, prone, unarmored, performing 'Tumble to Prone'
BE Clothing:
Spec-Op Duster: +14 Injury/Wound Treatment
Swoop Helm: +14 Injury/Wound Treatment
2 Stimpack B's from a crate: 407 rated / 39 charges

Tests were performed with78 totalheals performed. One set (39) was performed wearing the clothes, one without (39).

Test Data Recorded:

39 Heals without BE clothing averaged out at 761.0769
39 Heals with the BE clothing averaged out at 931.6667

Observed average increase in heals: 170.5897
Observed percentage increase in effectiveness of heals: 18.31%

Test Data Conclusions:

Testing seems to bear out for this case that BE clothing enhancement is working fine. Using the BE enhanced clothing the doctor went from +100 to +125 and realized a 18.31% increase in heals average effectiveness. Logic would dictate this would stay a constant even with higher-rated StimD's and E's.

Personal Observations:

Unfortunately, this data does not bear out my belief that BE clothing is bugged. However, I will perform one more test run of dataas I stated previously, probably on Thursday night. I will report back with those results as well from a Novice Medic perspective.

For now, I have to admit that it seems everything is working normally post-patch.

Data Availability:

I have all 78 datapoints available in an Excel97 spreadsheet if anyone wants the original data.

Thanks.

It may have been fixed by soemthing like taking off and putting back on the clothes. the peopel that ahve been reporting low heals, say they are back to normal, but I can't get a time out of them when it happened.
