What determines the strength/charges of a stimpack you create ?

Do your attributes have a direct effect or is it just your XP and the quality of the crafting station ?

How about the resources ? Which resources should I be using for the most effective stims ?

Thanks.

You have to "experiment" to figure that out really. But i have used avian meat and bones and i get good results. As for the type of inorganic im still working on that. But with much playing around i am making pretty good stimpack's now.

Any kind of inorganic or organic works as long as it has a high OQ/PE rating (organics) OQ/UT (inorganics).
