I know theres not to much to it - but someone whos done it and has experimented with /pause x; x=?

So one player to Thumble on macro and another to heal him...?

All macros here and in FAQ are for crafting - I want one for healing XP, or at least tips for buffs, moun gold, etc.... Thanks!
