What skills do I need to be an effective medic? My main concern is able to use stims. Also at what levels can I use stims. I am just starting out in the medic field.

Pharmacology will allow you to use the higher level stims, First aid will allow you to use stims better.


Both of those lines are good to have. You can use B stims at novice medic with no other skills and you can get those up to 450base heal. That amount will fully heal an unbuffed PC most of the time.


If you can spend the points, FAIV and Pharma IV are great to have. You will have to buy stims but you can buy better than you can make from a Master Doctor anyway.
