I don't think there is an action heal....it just auto-regenerates.
Same as mind.

yea, i'm pretty sure it just auto regenerates. and you don't take wounds to it either, if I recall. The wounds should only hit your Health meter.

At the moment there is no action or mind healing that I know of, it's a feature of the new combat system that makes the user limit the use of heavy action specials, making them more a thought out strike at the opponent, annnnnnd to push us more into the groups that we meant to be forming up in. The change also makes different race stats more important, so, I beleive Twi's would regen action faster at the lost of health for example..
There is still a large range of food, drinks, spice and Doc buffs that can assist the regeneration of stats..
