This should work perfect for those wanting to XP medic and doc in a clinical enviorment

No, you don't get xp while healing, you get the xp after a creature dies. So in the scenario you stated, the medic would get 0 xp.

hmmmmmmm! no answer to that? last i heard you are right Lofec. so i therory the medic you get a BIG GOOSE EGG as far as XP goes.
