Pretty much it's a Stim job for the hard core BH pvp'er. Look through the available foods and spices to improve your health regen and use Stims for a top up, if you do it right, ya should manage.. suggest using snare specials to keep out of reach. If you more towards the PvE side of things, then having BactaShot and 0040 Medic would do you better as it allow you to heal often and others if they need that little more help.
