Medic Archive

There have been many questions asking which is a better profession, Master Doctor and Master Combat Medic. I will tell you a little about both and then come to my conclusion.

Doctor:

-Can Buff (10% to Health/Mind/Action + Posion/Diease Resistant buffs)
-Can Heal Wounds
-Can Heal more damage than Combat Medics (Faster rate)
-Can revive fallen commrads and players

Combat Medic:

-Can Infect (Delivering deadlypoisons and diseases)
-Can revive fallen commrads and players
-Can heal players from a distance (Heal Damage, not wounds)

Conclusion:

You need both Doctors and Combat Medics in the battlefield.Being a Doctor is great since you can buff yourself at anytime and heal your own wounds without seeking the galaxy for a doctor. Being a Combat Medic is just as good since you can heal yourself (Heal damage, not wounds) as well as a Doctor and you can infect your enemy which is a big advantage. For example, lets say your a Combat Medic and a Rifleman. You would 1st throw lets say posion at them, then you would shoot at them with your rifle. While your shooting at them with your a rifle, the posion is kicking in the background which will incap your opponent twice as fast. So being Combat medic is better than doctor while fighting beause you can defeat your enemy twice as fast. Both profession are good for PvE and PvP. Each profession has it's advantages and disadvantages. It's mainly whatever advantages you want more
