Good morning,

Question about crafting; I just set up my first factory and placed all of the supplies I needed to start crafting, added energy and was set to go. I went over to start and couldn't find a way to start up the crafting process (through my crafting tool), did I miss something? I was scrolling the boards and someone mentioned manufacturing, do we need to have some Artisan skills in order to use a factory or had I been logged on too long and missed an easy step. Thanks for any info you can give me.

First: Take your resources and find a Food and Chemical crafting STATION. You can find public ones in the cities, or private ones in peoples houses. I reccomend you get your own private station in your house, or get one built into a droid.

Second: Start crafting nomally using your crafting tool. You will be prompted with a new window half way through with the following choices:

Experiment
Create Prototype
Create Manufacturing Schematic

Experiment the item first to raise the stats up, then click on "Create Manufacturing Schematic."

Third: It will then create a schematic in your datapad. Go to your factory and deposit your resources into the input hopper. Then click on the factory radial option called "Access Schematic Slot." Choose the schematic you just created and load it. Then once you have a schematic laoded, you will be given the option on the radial menu to start the factory. Once its going you dont have to do anything else.
