Does it mater if I experiment on the components that go into a stim? Like does power mater for the liquid suspension or not?

It matters.
Better components lead to better meds. It also makes them harder to make... higher complexity = bigger chance of crit failure.
On anything other than A level meds, experimentation will make the meds a lot mroe useful.

It does make a differene. I haven't sat down and experimented making non-experimented components vs. experimented components. I have noticed that as I get more experimentation points, that my stims turn out better.
