Can anyone please help? Want to make really good stim B's but don't have time for alot of experimentation. Thanks

Its pretty simple really, you need ingreadiants with a really high OQ, PE and UT.

Effectiveness = 66%OQ, 33%PE

Charges = 66%OQ, 33%UT

So, you just need to find some materials with these stats as high as possible, which may be a little trickyer, depending on your server.

And, as I've learned today in another thread, for Stims *effectiveness* is far more important than charges, so go for PE over UT if you have to make a choice (opposite for wound packs).

The best StimBs use advanced components, the biggest boost you will see is by switching an Advanced Liquid Suspension for the standard LS, ALS power with the worst materials (I know, I had them at one point) is 70 or so, IIRC, and they go up quickly from there with even a little experimentation. If you are making these for your own use, buy 1k of Talusian water and 1k of Dantooine berries. Paying more for better materials in the ALS is nice if you can afford it, but just getting the stuff will make your StimBs MUCH better, and they're economical -- 600 units of Talus Water and Dantooine Berries = 600 ALS, it takes 1600 Herbivore meat/1600 Class 4 petro for and advanced CRDM and 1800 each of Tatooine Fiberplast and Lokian Wild Wheat for an ABEC. If you want the cheapest boost to power and are paying by the unit, go with the Adv Liquid Suspension.

The next thing to add would be an Advanced BEC, and experiment for charges there -- the ALS boosts the power, the ABEC is the only way to meaningfully increase your charges, especially if you have limited experimentation points. In general, one EP invested into an ABEC = one additional charge.
