I was wondering if most Master Medics master the prof to continue on to Doc/CM, or if they are happy with just being master medic. Discuss

I would be surprised if it was anything less then 90% of medics get Master Medic just to continue up another branch. I know that was the reason for me.

I just happen to know a lot of people that only have master medic.

I have 2 master medics, and 1 master medic/doc.

Master medic is very useful, and I often use it a as a base cost for my combat characters (I fill in around it after I pick a combat profession ot master).

They may not have CM or doc mastered, but I bet they are a CM or Doc. Master medic is of little value of a medic dabbler. A doc dabbler is of great value more than a master medic.

I orginally mastered medic to get to Combat Medic. But now it seems I use Master Medic skills more than I use CM skills. I'm currently working onMaster Artisan so I don't use those skills at the moment. I'll probably work on CM later

I became a master medic because I really enjoyed it. I am now a doc, but the only big advantage that I have in being a doc is that I can make better meds than I could as a medic. I don't use wound healing that much and I haven't advanced far enough in doc to use the speical skills they get.

Mastered Medic to get to MD and MCM.
