can a novice medic use stim d's or is like weapons you have to be certified to use them

There is a medicineuse ratng on all medicines.
You start with +5 at novice medic.
You gain more for each box of the Pharmacology skill you buy (ctrl-s to see skill boxes).
S0 you can't use a stim D at novice. But you can currently use both stim A and B (both have 5 medicine use).
