But on the question of Use, Stim Ds often ballpark in just above med use 40 with no experimentation, so you'd have to find a Doc supplier, most likely, who would experiment a point or two on Med Use for you. That will make them not quite as strong as a full D would be, but still better than a C would probably be for you.
