Do you want the potential to heal for a bit more every time you stim, or do you want to stim faster?

If you are mostly stimming only yourself, do you normally need to stim yourself more often that every 10 seconds in combat? If not, go for the extra bit of heal power from Frist Aid. If you need to be able to sti every 8 seconds (Ior 9,I forget the progression), then get Diagnostics.
