Thread: Anyone else having this problem with the healWound command?

For the past two days the /healWound command does seem to be working. Everytime I hit the macro or type it in, I get the "you are unable to find any wounds" message even though I can clearly see health and action wounds. If I click on the individual wound paks, the wounds are healed.

Up until the last two days, all I had to do was hit the /healWound command and wounds would be healed. This is very annoying and usually results in unhealed wounds or wasted resources.

I asked around last night on Bria and it seems to be an isolated problem that I get the pleasure of dealing with. The command still didn't work last night, so that is 4 days without it. I have tried it from the command line with various capitalization combinations and from the default macro. No go either way. I guess I will have to submit bug reports until I get a response.

Did you log this issue in your Holocron to get it to the CSRs? It should like they are the only ones who could actually help you and they probalby don't read the forums looking for issues like this that people may be having. So it probably isn;t getting noticed here by the folks who could help out.

The problem is a new on on me, so there's not much I can do to offer in the way of help.

I didn’t see this explicitly mentioned, so it’s worth asking. You have the appropriate wound meds in the top level of your inventory, not in an equipped backpack. Neither “/healWound” or “/healDamage” will work for me if I don’t have meds in the top level of my inventory screen.

Oh, yeah. That is a good point. Your meds do have to be in top-level inventory for the commands to use them. It's an answer we are so long used to it's really easy to overlook something like that, though.

You can click on wound packs in a backpack to use them, which could lead you to think that /healwound is broken, when actually you just need to move the wound packs to your inventory.

Don't let the negative AFKophobes get you down. Play the game however you want.

Is the beta testing almost over for this game?
