I'm not a medic character, I have a marksman, a brawler and an entertainer, but you guys would know. What stims can I use on my own to heal myself out in the field. I'm aware that you can't heal wounds but you can fill up your HAM bars again correct? Thanks.

You cannot use any Stims or Wound packs at all unless you take Novice Medic.
At Novice Medic, however, you can use any medical item with a Medical Use rating of 5. That includes Stim A, Stim Bs and Woundpacks As (and maybe Bs, too, I forget.)

you cant heal yourself without novice medic. with novice medic you can use Stimpack B and also Woundpack B to cure your wounds (the black bar)
