Hi:

Two unpaid professions weren't enough, decided to pick up a third, lol.

Question 1:How do I know if someone's secondary attributes need healing? I did /examine, but nothing showed up. Do I just ask the patient?

Question 2: Since we are all competing (to some extent) for the same patients (and exp), is there any etiquette or procedure to healing in the med center or do I just walk in and start throwing heals? Do meds complain of 'heal stealing'?

Question 3: Is there any point to going to the med center at all? I've filled in the first two rows of boxes working on entertainers, since heals come 30 seconds apart or so, while stims only take about 5 seconds. The exp seems to be about the same, at least at this stage in my career.

Answer 1: For right now, you have to ask.. They are working on a /diagnose command that we medics can use to figure out which attributes need healing.

Answer 2: I tend to hang out in the same Med Centers and as a result have gotten to know the other medics that use those centers. I have never been accused of "heal stealing". In the centers I have been in, its first come, first serve... Patients in need of lots of healing get "ganged up on" by the medics to make the healing quicker.

Answer 3: I prefer the Med Center to the Cantina because the Cantina has tooooo much lag for me.. I guess thats a matter of personal preference...

As for an unpaid profession -- I hear lots of people saying they don't get tips but I tend to get plenty of tips -- but only in the Med Center .. I have never been tipped in the Cantina. Some people tip a little, some a lot, some not at all.... I've never requested a tip or payment --- Most people seem to be pretty generous (at least on Flurry)

Happy Healing!

Medical XP in combat groups is the best XP. Get out of the cantina/hospital whenever you can. In combat, your stims heal both action and health, which can double your XP.
