So... after experiment, I can produce either manufacture scheme or prototype. If I create a prototype, can I reproduce the componenet asthe same quality prototype?

No, sorry, you will not. The only way to guarantee you can duplicate the product is to make a schematic out of it and then mass produce it at a factory. Amazing successes are the best candidates for schematics.

However, when I was plugging away at making my meds, 75% of the time I was able to get "identical" stats with all my components and finished product. However, that was just an artifact of me using the same components all the time, and experimenting the same way every time. They might not have been identical, but definately 95% the same.
