I was looking it filling the right boxes for stims.

Filling the left boxes up to First aid 2 or 3 for Bleeding.

Then.......??

Let's say I go full blown Master Medic..what are the advantages to it?

So you want to be a doctor or combat medic? If not, not sure I would recommend going full blown master medic. Really depends on what you want to do in the long run. If you are going medic just to heal yourself (or pets) and not really others, then I see no reason to go Master medic.

thre really isnt any outside needing to go on to CM or doctor...

most people can get away with pharm 4 and FA 2....

If you have a friend who is a master doctor, he/she can make stim Es you can use at master medic, witch means full heal most of the time.

Look around, I might be behind you.

With little experimentation your friend can give you some woundpacks C too and they are really nice
