What level is required for each time of stim? I should have enough points for first aid, pharm 3, and organic 4. That will allow me to make and use stimpack C's, correct? Or I could drop ogranic chem. and take pharm 4 and buy stimpack D's - would I be able to experimented D's at pharm 4, and how big a difference are they?
