Before the patch I could heal myself for up to 640/640 with my 314 healing power stimpack B's. I am a swordsman but I purchased these from a factory owner...and I have first aid 3 and diagnostics 1. I had to surrender other medic skills to get the skill points back.
Now, with my 314 healing power stimpacks I can heal myself for 80-150 damage, maybe 200 if I'm lucky. As a brawler I must say this is completely useless, I'd hate to think of how much damage my old stimpack A's would heal now.
Is this a nerf, or am I supposed to pick up more skills or migrate my stats now?

If you are using a droid or camp they will. They will only be the most effective in medical centers now.

Hmm...the tracking droid I had out may have been the cause of my woes. Even though it shouldn't affect anything medic related at all.
I will have to log back in, put the droid away and see how my stims work then.

Yes, with no tracking droid I healed myself for 536 action without breaking a sweat.
Thank God, I thought this was another senseless nerf. But this still needs to be addressed, this will destroy any business advantage DE's get from droid permadeath.

Yes this is a known "Droid Issue" with healing now. Seems droids now DETRACT from our healing abilites. WARNING! Don't have them out unless you NEED them. This affects both DAMAGE and WOUND healing!

I'm a little confused. Last night, after the patch, it was my impression that my stim B's were working better than they had before the patch. Previously I was seeing high's of 120 - 130 with unmodified basic stim B's. After the patch, I had a highof 257 foreach health and action with an unmodified basic stim B. I was not in a camp when I used it.
Does the success level of the creation affect the healing that much?

yes the success level of the item during creation has a huge diffence in the heal quality. as do the materials used in the process.
