See all my posts in this thread which say exactly the same thing. Deef decided long ago not to believe that, no matter the evidence to the contrary.

ok 1st make sure you get a REALLY nice tool from a master artisan. my current ones are 75% and they succeed a good chunk of the time.


now heres the kicker ive had successes lower the stats on a given component/end product.
