So how about not trying to publicly stab me in the back for doing my job and acturally be an assistance instead of demanding in bold red extra large words and I would greatly appreciate it, I'm sorry that I not been as visable as you seem to need me, I did not think the great people I find here needed to be watched and had their hands held. Been seeing good people jumping in and helping out others before me and given good and helpful answers, why should I add more when they done a fine job?. The Devs have said no say nothing about new features and changes, so offically hands are tied.
Meretseger.
Secondly, I am not here for your personal amusement, to be posting purely for the purpose of posting. If people feel they need to spam the boards to be reconised then it is their way but not mine, the number of posts a person makes has no bearing on the skills or ablities of the writer, seems more the case those with several thousand posts have too much spare time or covering up the poor ones.
I applied for the position, as any other person could volenteer for, and I offered the placement which was accepted.
This is the Medic forum, the profession is one of the most stable and working profession of all been offered. There are a few problems and there are a lot of wishes we all like to have to be added or changed to the profession, but they aren't been considered important enough to be improved at this point compered to more stressing problems or they will be addressed in the CU, and this has been so for several months. In my time, the forum has had several new player questions, a few queries and an issue, which, funny enough, is the mission terminals request that was answered, several times, and we keep getting the same answer from the DEVs.
Now about what's happening, the new details about the medical professions will be opened to public soon in the next week or so to be looked at, those on the CU team would already know about them. Things are been shaken up and we're been told to sit down and wait for the CU and say nothing until then so keep an eye out for them as will be taking your thoughts and issues on them.

Indeed, when I took up this position, I been duly informed that my purpose is to inform people of information that the Devs decide should be handed out, and to take in serious issues that are breaking the game. The information given to the DEV team is solely dependant on if they have time and wish to work on the matter and not from my comments or community desires.

Meretseger.
There have been tons of changes and additions to the game such as Event Coordinators, The new Master level Neutral ship, veteran reward. Why can't a "refresh" on the /diag screen get added with all that? Why can't missions for medics get added? The Medic profession isn't stable. We can't heal 75% of the population anymore, we have no viable source of income, we have no valid way to gather resources (except to take up Artisan). This is NOT a stable Profession.
You're implying that we actually have a say in what getscoded. You know that isn't true.Ifyou useall of the information available toyou (which is more than most others reading here), the fact stated by Thunderheart that the CU& RoW beta are being merged, and the release date of RoW, youshould be able towork out why Medic wont get any attention in that time period. All of your arguments are null and void and no matter how much either meretseger, vortexala, traigus and myself whine, the devs are not budging on their stance.
No, the medic missions issue hasn't been answered. I have not seen a recent response from the Devs that we can't and will not get these. Until then the issue is worth fighting for. If there has been a recent response, I haven't seen it.
Noone said it wasn't worth fighting for. I'm a Medic and I want the missions. Once again though, I am not an employee of SOE and I have no say in their development schedule and no amount of whining has gained us one shred of sympathy from the devs since beta. Stop blaming us for the lack of mission terminals, it's unjustified and plain unfair on us.
Thank you for this information, since 90+% of the people that visit this forum aren't in the CURB and don't have access to this information, it's nice to know that it's coming.
90% of the people in this forum are just going to have to wait till TH posts more info. That's no reason for you to go off the deep end at us here. It's not going to get you anywhere. You know what's coming, do the right thing and try and make that stuff the best it can be, and whine at the devs yourself in the CU forum, out here you wont get their respect or attention.
My intent wasn't to stab you in the back but to get a response from you, ANY response. Like was posted earlier you had made a total of 3 posts in 1 month. Even if you show up to say "There are no current changes that effect the Medical Profession" that's better than 2 weeks of silence. I want to see you be a leader of the Medics, but you can't lead by silence. And my last thread was asking for a status and hopefully to get the missions issue pushed to the Correspondent forums again. I will not stop pushing for the Medic missions until they are in the game.
This isn't the way to get a response. What you have now is a response and less respect from us. I invited you in the CU because I know you have an indepth knowledge and love of the profession, but I wont tolerate this kind of behaviour from my picks.
