Cost? From an NPC trainer it's 5,000 creds. Ask a Doc, Master Medic or CM and you might get it free. (And yes,I have also trained Master Medic to folks, it most certainly can be done.)I always train for free, although donations to the medic training fund are always welcome.

This MAY not apply to you, but if you have Ranged Weapons 1 (4th column of marksman), A lot of people have stored up combat XP, and you can train them over and over in that box. Just a thought.

Hey, i just finished my jedi temp and im doing my trials and i wanna make my alt a master doc to buf myself, if anyone could give me a small guild on how to do it and some macros that be great :}
