You know nothing about grinding until you've done 32 professions like me, thenthe 36 million xp at 800-1100 per kill for the Jedi profession...

I laugh at the half hour it takes to grind Organic Chemistry.

Wow, crafting is not that bad at all.. when I mastered medic, I found that if i made and used ALL my own medicines, I easily hit Organic Chem IV before I was even 4/3/3/x. What everyone either overlooks or doesn't know is that when you use up all the charges on a stimpack or wound pack that *you crafted yourself* you get a small crafting exp bonus immediately. Watch the skill monitor, it's true. Making all my own medicines and using them all myself to get the other 3 skill trees, I was able to get Master Combat Medic easily. The CM crafting tree had about 7000 more crafting exp after I was 4/4/4/3.. but that was easily rounded off by making a bunch of Stimpack Bs and selling them on the bazaar for 1k each.

I'm sooo gonna get flamed but I don't care.. craft guys, don't grind. Play the game... what are you doing for fun if you're spending all your time grinding???

I guess most people think they've won if they grind to master and forget there is a game to play...

I crafted Stim A's all the way through to use to level my other Medic boxes and now I only need 3k Medical Crafting to get Org Chem 4.

Yeah, people tend to forget about that user XP because it is hard to get it. It only kicks in when the product is *used up*, and only if you are online and nearby. I'm using this princicple in grinding Chef. Eating a component food (which has no filling) gives much more user XP than the 5% bonus of making an item for practice.

I have done doctor 3 times in the past the normal way and found it just as boring, so i need a macro to grind through the crafting part

Organic Chemistry is a cakewalk after the 10,000 rifle barrel Master Weaponsmith grind. I don't grind OrgChem, as CasualMakerdoes I use all my own stims so I get crafting *and* med XP from them. I always experiment them unless in a hurry to get the best ones possible -- high usage count on StimA's to spam entertainers with, and high effectiveness StimB's for hunts and combat (can't use C's so I don't bother making them). If I experiment out a crappy one, so what? I'm the only one who's using it, all it means is it will cost me another stim to get the same or better heal. And after Weaponsmith, I got a truckload of high-OQ/high-UT inorganics and chemicals, and my buddies hunt for combat XP so I get lots of organic too.

hey every1, this may sound like a noob question, but i'm not a noob, itz just i'm med 4240, and i've never crafted anything medical xept what u have to at the beginning of the med profession. anyway, do u have to have a resource "digger outta tha ground" thingy to get the inorganic resource, or can u use med forage, i've never gotten any inorganic stuff by going that, please send post quickly.

I would also call that a noob.

I had to grind Master Tailor on my alt for reasons I won't get into, but after that OC was a cake walk. Here's a little something to get you through it fast...

Stick this in the first spot on your second row of f keys, and tools in the next three...make sure the "/sel 0;" has the schematic number for the item you want to make. I would recommend doing stims manually, but if you must grind practice items, this will go fast...all you have to do it click to add ingredients.
