I have tons of axp. about 40 of it is from medical training.

I only started playing about 1 month after launch, but I've had no problems with Axp. Granted, I did get to master medic before I had enough Axp (needed like 240 more points), but the next day I had my title. And I spend a lot (most) of my time in med centers. Actually, I don't think I ever trained someone outside the med center. You just need to pay close attention to chat, there are lots of people who always need training. Now I'm getting close to master doc, I have maxed Axp a long time ago, and I still get requests for training very often (not just in doc skills). I have never once advertised my "training services", and most of my Axp comes from medical training.

I'm not saying getting axp is as easy to get for anyone, but it goes to show how experience can vary from one person to another.

anyone that has already 1240 points shouldnt be teaching anymore since they cant obtain anymore, the game wont let them. trust me, i tried many times.

This is not true, I have had 1240 axp for a while and I can still train people no problem. I always ask if someone else can train them before I do however, because I don't need the points.

I sould have been more clear, only having med skills, and hanging around the med center can get you behind.

Hanging out in the med center (or any other central traffic locaton... starport, shuttleport, cantina, bank etc.) with a variety of skills.. can get you tons of AXP.

I'll train anyone who asks. I will see if anyone that needs AXP is in the room first. They tend to jump first when people ask though.

Peopel wanting training would be very angry if I said "go away and find someone that needs AXP." They want their skill... now.

my advice is to use all ur unused skillpoints as quickly as u can in as many diverse areas as u can. u can always surrender them when needed. what i did was buy novice in every skill i could and train as the points came in as many skills as i could and train others when they asked. i always keep my master scout title over my head since its the most common needed skill. this way u have a wide variety of skills to train others in and as u progress u surrender those skills as needed while keeping urself as diverse as u can while u specialize into ur proffession.

actually masters are supposed to be kindahard to getand it appears to be working finally like intended according the game FAQ. by the time i reached my first master i had 800 APxp by the time i hit my second master in marksmen i had 1240 APxp and a few days after that i was back up to 1240XP 70% of that was training people in basic level 1-2 skills like entertainer artisan etc. stuff that had nothing to do with my chosen skills. i never spammed people and only train others now if its a hard to find skill like ranger or Bountywhich i have a few boxes of or if the person is not getting a response or if they ask me straight out.

if ur not getting apprenticeship XP try diversity and not so much powerleveling and play the game. the folks that i see having trouble with APxp are powerlevelers.

Wear a different hat.

When I wore my Novice Medic hat, I never got anyone asking me to train them. When I put on my Stimpack Chemist hat, I got a lot of requests, because it's free, shout-less advertising.

If you have a mastery title you can wear, wear it.

My tricks to get good AXP.

1)Hang out in med centers and cantinas,a lot of people are alwaysrunning in asking for skills, you just have to be fast.

2)Hang around shuttle ports andadvertise your skills.

3)When you cross someone doing nothing, invite tojoin team, if he accepts,/teach him to see what skills he can learn. Most people will have some level1 skills they wont want to learn, but ask them if you canteach them and they will just have to surrender them right after.

4) Get as many skills in as many profession as you can. Always learn a skill when you can until you have no choice to surrender, even if you don't plan to use it. That way you will have greater chance of teaching it to someone else later.

As a last note, Shuttleports, Medcenter and Cantinas are the place where people will ask for skills. Stay there. You won't get AXP while hunting or doing missions. This is a multiplayer game, you HAVE to socialise. Resistance is futile.
