Crit crafting failures are being seen across the board by everyone.

We're trying to find out if it is intentional.

R5 droid with 110 med capability rating calls fine but i get a message, "You must be in a hospital, at a campsite, or near a surgical droid to do that." when trying to heal wounds or apply buffs. Worked fine pre-patch, it has 100/100 vitality and I'm in an outpost. I have an older droid with 65 med capability and it seems to work fine (in the exact same spot).

Nerf to droids with high med capability? Or just a bug? Anyone else seeing this? Thanks.

I am having the same problems with my R2 unit. It is really infuriating that i now have to find a house or hospital near a town to heal, or else set up a camp.

All crafting is borked w/ failures.. not just medics.

Droids w/ stations are going randomly non-functional across the board... again, not just medics. iIt also randomly comes back...

I've been informed by a droid friend of mine that droids have been been able to be healed by our stims. I thought otherwise, so I guess that's nothing new then, unless my friend's mistaken. Though this is probably not a medic issue, it would have been nice to provide an alternative to healing droids/atsts now that there isn't any way to do so now.

That means your droid is out of battery. I freaked out when i got that too. Recharge it with a new fresh battery and it worked fine.

THe only other time you get that message is in the cantina....

..or cloning center.

My droid engineer friend has also reported that storing your droid in your datapad will no longer recharge them. Droid batteries must be used. I believe they do not drain power while in a city or close to your declared residence. That may be the reason why droids may seem to be broken at times.

Ok here is my comment/complaint Since the patch my med droid is worthless. I only paid 40k for it.. I cannot heal at all anywhere with it out. It just says i must be in a camp or hospital. I thought thats what my droid was for.. Oh yeah it was before the patch please fix or send me 40k so I can get a new one.

If they intentionally nerfed med crafting and experimentation, we're going to see a lot of medics and doctors quit the profession if not the game entirely. Maybe its the dev's way of saying we're forcing you to buy from those with factories and such to stimulate the economy now?

I don't make a whole lot of creds ingame as it is playing a medic and I can't afford to buy my meds from others. On the other hand, I can't afford to make my own meds with the crit failures. I run out of resources too quickly and have to tell folks "sorry I can't heal you, I'm out of meds and resources". I'm sure you can guess what kind of replies I get.

I really don't mind the fact that I don't make a lot of creds playing a medic but I can't buy stuff if I'm not making the creds and we know people aren't going to start tipping us on a regular basis anytime soon.

Not sure if this is just me or everyone. But for several days now, I can't heal Strength Wounds with my Strength Wound Pack A or B. And even when it does let me use it, it does NO healing at all. Just uses a Pack and nothing happens. I can only successfully heal STR by using the /tendwound command. This kinda sucks. I've put in a ticket, but no response yet.

Anyone else have a clue about this? Would appreciate any help I can get.

I have been healing STR since the patch on Chilastra.

Are these factory crate packs? handmade? made before/aftere the patch?

Anyone else seeing this?
