it may not be permanent... Some of the new schematics have use counts on them.
(Though I doubt that stim A's are too overpowered).

So no news?
I'm going to guess it's a schematic for the newbie damage stimpack simply because that's an item that's already in game.

Wouldn't that just be 'Damage Stimpack schematic'?
My TC char is stuck on Dantooine with no cash ATM. If I made another guy there, he probably couldn't finish he quest. I'll try it later today.

My method of getting cash on test center is running around the mining outpost doing those basic delivery missions for 50ish credits. Of course I don't have any skills, so those missions may not show for you.
