Okay, I don't rely on my droid commands to win vape fights, but they certainly come in handy. I'm a neutral pilot, and boosting shields from my weapon capaciter has saved my ship a couple of times.
Anyway, I was doing a mission from the Corellia spacestation, which ended with me jumped by ten tier 3 cloak pirate ships...I was "supported" by a corsec attack wing (which did NOTHING I might add), and was aptly targetted and had my shields brought down to all-but nothing in the ensuing fight. I was maneuvering after the initial attack, and was slowly chewing away the attack force. My shields went out with a quick volley from the enemy, and I hit f7, which is where my shield boost is...to get the message:
You must have a droid or a flight computer loaded to use this command.
I hadn't unloaded my flight computer or messed with my droid interface since I put my droid into my ship last (after reprogramming it when I got 0/0/0/2) so this surprised me. In fact, I had used the same command earlier that day (about 15 minutes before this) and it worked, so it's beyond me why my flight computer walked off.
Anyone else had this problem?

0/0/0/2, how do you do that? I only encountered similar problem once but that's because I had unloaded the droid interface, but only put in a new one ata later time, and hence forgotten to reload theFC. If youunload and load your droid interface the same time without closing the managewindow, your FC orastromech droid won't unload itself, but if you close thewindowafter you unload your interface, the FC or droid will unload as well.
Or, it could be that one of your executed overloadcommands drained too much power from your reactor and thusdisabled your droid interface without you knowing it.

I have intermittent problems with my FC unloading itself. I can't really find any rhyme or reason to it, so I've just gotten into the habit of checking the loaded/unloaded status in the management window everytime I launch into space.

Same here. Other pilots in my guild have the same issue. Some reason it unloads itself for no reason.
I /bug it every time.

I continue to have issues with my FC's and astromechs falling out of the ship when I launch
