I have the ARC-170. I am a bomber pilot and love my supped up Y-wing.
so when igot the arc-170 I figured it would be a great MP ship.
Now please fogive my ignorance. I never had a MP ship before. I find it difficult that i have to fly straight just to let my turret riders fire. Is there a special method for effective combat in the arc-170?
the y-wing has both turrets in front so its easy tog et a pilot there and a gunner and just have at it.
Flying the arc has my gunners facin the opposite way and it tends to make it more difficult because when i turn about, the lose their taget etc.
Is the arc 170 just an infiltrating, agro gaining ship? i am beginning to thike its sole purpose is to obtain agro from the enemy so others can complete quests. flying straight into battle and having them chase you and firing out the back.
i dunno.

Yup, the ARC is meant the way it is...
And with the low mass it has it´s not really good for anything.

if you have a buddy that needs XP and you have a decent RE'd gun (one of them Incom Tri-Cannons REd down to 27k mass and 3800 damge) then their already, but the one gunslot for the pilot makes it slower to kill stuff, and the wide wing span makes it harder to aim. alot of smaller craft like scyk's, a-wings or TIE's/TIEinterceptors will just have the bolts go around them, which is most frustrating.
best bet: ace freelancer, get a krayt, be happy ![]()

those gunners are just for keepin stuff off of your arse, not for effective gunning.
