1.Do you think it would be a good ship for PvP?

2.Can you custmoize it?

3.What are the required skills to use it?

4.Is it fast?

Firespray is a master level ship.

It can be modified. From what I remember it is not a multi-passenger ship, and I think it only seats one person.

Right now it's over rated, but sadly being exploited as a marketing tool.
