Thiis must have been made before the mass patch, because this has a lower mass than the ships that you can fly at novice (Scyk, z-95, and Light duty TIE).

It was made on beta through a collaboration of several people pooling their fragmentstoone shipwrightwho made them.

And yes, this was before the mass changes.

"Himfan" <-- (his forum name) takes the credit for making the first firespray in beta. Igave him one of the peices to make it (5/8 I think).

The fragments are not exactly looted.. they "pop out" after you reverse engineer certain equipment. Its very small chance so to get all eight peices are allot of work. I also think they changed the shcematic unlimited to limited use.
