Thread: I only bought JTL to avoid taking shuttles... LOL how do I get off my ship?
can I take friends in the sorosub? Do they have to have JTL?

Yes and Yes, but they have to be grouped and close by when you launch your Yacht (yes you can take friends, and yes they have to have JtL).
And sorry Kyr'Yxus Eloc, I don't like to see someone suffer

i wish they would have had a simple context menu fro us non space shooter types...LOL!
space was beautiful, ive seen enough I wanna get off, I have grinding to do...

Yes use 'H' by default to open up your hyperspace map. Then choose the Dantooine system and a hyperspace point there (if you scroll down in the description on the bottom of the hyperspace map, for each hyperspace point it will tell you the distance to the planetary space station).
Once you have hyperspaced to the Dantooine system, you can use 'N' or click the system menu button for the Zonemap. Look over on the right, and under the POIs or Space Stations designations find 'Dantooine Space Station', right click and choose activate waypoint and/or autopilot. If you just activated the waypoint just throttle up and fly to the station following the onscreen indicator just like on the ground (autopilot automatically will orient your ship towards the waypoint and throttle up your ship). Once you are within 1000m of the station, you can hit 'C' to target the nearest space station/capital ship and then '\' to open a comm channel with the station. From there just choose land on the planet and confirm your destination and you'll land automatically.
Yes you can take friends on the Sorosuub, but they have to be JtL enabled also and have to be in your group and nearby when you launch to space in your ship.
