OK i got swg and started playing Febuary 15, 2003. today when i tryed the camand it said ive had 131 days for the veteran reward. But shouldnt i have well over 180 days? So im only eleglble for the 90 day reward, and what the heck is the 90 day reward. God im so confused! PLEASE HELP ME!

have you had a constant membership or did u leave for a while or did it like take a while to renew your subscription?

Do you use the dev tracker. Tiggs has said several time post this issue on a specific thread, she even gives a link to the thread. This is a known problem and they need to gather all the detail in one place instead of search 100+ threads.

There is no 90 day reward at this time. There might be one in the future.

If you cancelled your membership at any time, then you could be lacking the needed time to get the reward.

Yeah i been playing since April 3 and It says I qualify for 90 day reward...

I got an email saying about the reward, I tried to retrieve but couldnt but evidently due to the fact the us poor saps in the UK have to wait until the 5th November before we get JTL. At which time I hope I can get my freebie and not jinxed or bugged it as I tried to claim whilst not having JTL.

Also, there was an option for a 90 day reward which had the same description as the 180 so whats that all about?

Whats more, I have found out from this board that the CD is only for a dial up connection to download JTL files!So u dont even need the CD as it can all be done from the Launchpad! So, you are paying out to get something you can download anyway, so why not offer the download with a CD key as a online purchase rather than make us (the UK) wait another week?!

And, for the cost why dont all people who upgrade get the ship? Well, to those who are subscribing at leastand not the trial accounts. I mean they are paying out for a download, it doesnt cost SOE anything to supply it, sothats just plain mean!
