So is the CD nothing more then a hard copy? Since you register your expansion and pretty much wait for the long download.

You can install the cd and pass up the download. Its pretty much a shortcut mainly for dialup people so they arent downloading for two days

The CD contains 640MB of Infromation so probably there are some files there that you cant D/L
