I agree, but even if we can't get duel of the fates, why can't we have some of the more popular, fitting, and completely Lucas-owned songs from Star Wars. It would be great to hear the Imperial March when you fly within a few thousand meters of the Imperial Corvette or Star Destroyer. Jabba's theme when you enter Jabba's palace? There are tons of great SW music sitting out there that haven't been used, or have been used sparingly, in the game.

John Williams doesn't own the rights to any of the Star Wars soundtracks in that fashion, I don't think. Lucas is to protective of his movies to allow that. Besides, Duel of the Fates has been featured in a variety of other Star Wars games, so I can't imagine that it's a copyright issue.

More likely, the Devs don't feel that it fits the theme of the game. Perhaps they will include it in for a special event, or for some Jedi-related content. That being said, they could REALLY ditch the Trade Federation March and the Ewok Fight Song in Jump to Lightspeed. I mean, talk about NOT fitting the scene. . . Especially since the Falcon vs TIE Fighters and Battle of Yavin pieces are entirely missing!

Just do what I do man I got all the Special edition Ep 4-6 CD's and Ep1 and 2 and just ripped them all to my HDD and then have them set in a playlist in order. Basiclly gives me like 8+ hours of Music and nothing really "Overrepeated"
