I bought a set of tier 2 components (got JTL yesterday) from Enyc about 10 mins ago and my Ywing was in cnet so I used Travel on my yacht and went there. But once I loaded in Cnet all the components were gone (everything else in my inventory was there). Anyone else had this happen to them?

This is an old old bug... when you cross a server boundary, sometimes the game "loses track" of what you have in your inventory if you picked it up recently or bought it recently and havent' logged out since using /logout.

If you log out for 20 - 30 minutes and log back in, this usually gets your stuff back. Otherwise, you have to wait 'till server reset.
