Thread: Bugged Weapons will not let me shoot

OK this may be very well known, but I am not patient enough right now to search.... I have been on for 2 hours and not able to do a thing, simply trying different ways to make my guns shoot. I have nothing fancy, a simple z-95 with only 7K of 11K power used, under weight and fully stocked with stuff, but when I go into game it will not shoot.
I sent a message to a CSR, cause perhaps there is some simple fix like log off, spin around 3 times, turn off your firewall, and start the game while standing on your head. Well, I got a immediate response (GOOD!) but it said that it is a known bug, and I should submit it using /bug (BAD). So what would you say if you could not get into game and craft? Or heal? Or fight things on the ground?
So I have lost an entire day of my game play, and I am decided that there is no reason for me to have 2 characters active and pay double monthy fees for a game that has known bugs and the best I can get from a CSR is don't tell us, tell the bug report.
JTL is good, not great. A great JTL would let us have personal ship hangers, where we can work on and around our ship and see the customizations on ground. How fun would Shix's garage be? A great JTL would not have me shuttling back and forth between towns, when Luke can land (and occasionally crash) on a place with not even a shuttleport, Han can land in a asteriod, and a commando team can land in the middle of an occupied moon. I don't want to land anywhere (thought it would be a great game) but wasting time to go around and take missions for space on the ground?
Please, don't let bugs like this survive to see the light of the next day. Have CSRs, be a bit more useful and not close the ticket before you can be heard.

Make sure that your capacitor outputs enough energy to power your weapons. I had the same problem as you did and when I swapped out my weapons capacitor for a better one that had a higher energy outpout my weapons worked.
