If i get the yacht, and destroy it later on to make room for more another, can i get the reward back at a later date when i have free lot space?

Is it possible yet to have items stored on two multiplayer ships (i.e nova + yacht)?

Yes the deed for the yacht remains in your inventory even after you generate a ship from it, so you can just re-generate it at any time.

As for the item storage question, im not sure what you mean, but you can put stuff in them as you would a house.

You can 1 PoB ship, 2 starfighters, and a yacht. That is a maximuim of 4 ships.
