The Bombardier jacket that's apparently an alliance reward that's all but impossible to get.
My friend saw one, and I originally thought it was just a crafted item that was renamed, but he asked an alliance Ace who told him it's a difficult to get piece of loot or reward.

Never heard of it.
The only Rebel Jacket I know of is the Ace Pilot one (and lets face it, with the recent AI nerfs anyone can reach ace
).
And as far as the Patch Notes and Forums go, the only clothing/armour that drops in space is the Black Sun helmet.

Only jacket is the Ace jackets. That's probably what it is.
